Peanut Butter Energy Balls
A month or two ago, on my Domestic Doings post, I mentioned that I had made a batch of my favorite Peanut Butter Energy Balls. I promised to share the recipe soon, so I am here today to do just that. I am not going to wax poetic, or go into great detail about this recipe. I know there are tons of recipes for energy balls all over the internet, but this is the recipe that I have developed, and the one I like best. Because I hate measuring peanut butter I developed this recipe to use half a jar of the Kirkland Organic Peanut Butter. I started using the whole jar, but found it was too much for my Kitchenaid to handle, and I got bored having to roll so many of the energy balls at once.
