I rarely make caramel popcorn, but when I do, it is usually at a time that I don't want to run to the store for any special ingredients. This easy recipe is made with simple ingredients that I always have in my pantry, and it is delicious.
This caramel popcorn is soft and gooey at first, but hardens as it sits, so it is best consumed within a couple of hours of making it.
